Restricted or prohibited items are defined as any quantity of flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials. This includes all camouflage items, or any other items of this nature deemed by the FAA, US Customs, and the government of Trinidad and Tobago.
Liquids, gases, or solids that can easily ignite and burn.
Materials capable of causing an explosion or releasing gas at high pressure.
Substances that can cause severe damage to living tissue or other materials.
Any clothing or equipment with camouflage patterns is strictly prohibited.
Any illegal substances received will be reported to US CBP and confiscated.
We have provided this information for your knowledge prior to using our service. If we receive any illegal substance at our Miami location, we will report this to the US CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) who will confiscate items after testing.
Certain items, such as seeds, require specific documentation and permits to be imported.
If you are interested in importing seeds, please strictly follow the instructions below. Failure to do so may result in seizure and destruction of your shipment.
You must obtain a valid import permit.
A valid Phytosanitary Certificate from the country of origin is required.
Ensure you have the commercial invoice and all related documents.
Important Note:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided. Customs has the right to seize and destroy your seeds if any documentation is found to be fraudulent or incomplete. You will still be liable for your shipment fees to RPM Express Couriers.
