You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours. Shipping and delivery are estimated to be completed in 15 to 30 working days. As our services are based on international waters with an emphasis in Trinidad, the shipping cost is based on the taxes and VAT demanded by the Trinidadian borders. We are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address, otherwise, we will not accept your order. Our system does not allow FRO, Office fleet or APO, office post military Boxes.

We provide you tracking numbers that you can use to monitor your item as they move from us to the address you provided or to the final destination. Make sure to keep your tracking number at all times. Please take note that Monday to Friday are counted as 5 working days (holidays will not be counted). Weather may cause delayed delivery.

RPM Express Couriers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless you have opted in to our insurance services. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
